[Terror] Good Fences Make Good, er, Uteruses

Channel-surfing last weekend I heard some religious winkie — I think he was either a newbie or a guest-winkie — anyway, I caught him saying that we need to make sure our wombs are as safe as our borders. What the hell does that mean? Armed patrols? Black helicopters swooping in? I don't have one of these here wombs — although I have started knitting one — but something tells me I don't want a swat team rappelling down its side while I'm not looking.
